Returns and Cancellations
Once you place your order, we begin working immediately to produce your artwork. Due to the significant amount of time and effort invested in processing and creating your image, we cannot offer refunds once the order has been placed. If the coupon was purchased under a special promotion, you must provide at least 7 days' notice to reschedule your photo appointment. Failure to attend the appointment or notifying us less than 3 days in advance will render your coupon invalid. Refunds cannot be issued for previously scheduled appointments.

IrisAI.Art reserves the right to postpone an appointment once in cases such as the photographer’s illness, defects in photography equipment, or delivery issues. If we are unable to attend your new appointment, you may request a refund for your payment.
