Products are delivered to the address you specify at checkout. We aim to fulfill all print and finishing orders within 10-14 business days. If there are any delays with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@irisai.art.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
If a voucher is purchased as part of a special promotion, a cancellation fee of 20% will be applied in the event of cancellation.
IrisAI.Art reserves the right to reschedule an appointment once due to circumstances such as photographer illness, equipment malfunctions, or delivery issues. If we are unable to attend your rescheduled appointment, you may request a full refund of your payment.
Returns
If the goods delivered by us are defective, you must report the damage within 3 days of receipt. You have the right to request a replacement under applicable legal provisions. All returns will be processed within 14 days.
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to the consumer's individual choice or specification, or that are clearly personalized.
Products that are custom-made or personalized specifically for you are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are crafted uniquely for you and are therefore excluded from standard return policies.
All purchases are final upon completion, and the customer is obligated to pay the purchase price.
